Frank joined the Betts Group in October 2007. Immediately prior to that he was Managing Director of Spirit Food, a diverse food-led estate of 600 pubs. Earlier in his career he spent 13 years with Pepsi Co /Tricon/Yum Restaurants working in a number of senior roles around the World.
Frank holds a degree in Economics from Trinity College, Dublin and spent two years working for Bain & Company, strategy consultants after graduating.
