Quality and Service are cornerstones of Betts' offering to its customers. Staff at every level are trained and encouraged to react to customers' requirements with 'Right First Time' and 'Zero Defects' as the core goals.
Manufacturing facilities run to 6-Sigma principles and use Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques to monitor the continuous manufacturing processes. Data is entered into electronic quality databases to provide detailed batch information.
Continuous improvement is driven from the centre outwards via a group-wide Operational Excellence programme
Our sites operate to ISO 9001 standards and comply with very high Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
All our sites are regularly audited by customers and independent regulators.
